We want you to love your song. Our guarantee is simple: love it, or we'll make it right.

One revision included

Every order includes one revision. If the song doesn't feel right, tell us what you'd like changed — the mood, a lyric, a detail — and we'll refine it.

If it's still not right

If, after your revision, we still can't make the song work for you, we'll issue a full refund. Just reach out and let us know.

How to request a revision or refund

Use the “Request a revision” button on your order status page, or reply to your confirmation email. Refund requests are reviewed promptly, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

A note on custom work

Because every song is created specifically for you, we ask that you give us the chance to revise it before requesting a refund. That's almost always all it takes.
