Welcome to Sing Their Story. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're intentionally short and plain.

What we provide

We create an original, personalized song based on the story and details you submit. Each song includes custom lyrics, original music, and an MP3 delivered by email.

Your content

You confirm that the story, names, and details you provide are yours to share and do not infringe anyone else's rights. Please don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful.

Ownership and use

Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use your song for personal purposes — playing it, sharing it with loved ones, and including it in personal videos or social posts. We may retain a copy for our records and to provide support.

Revisions and refunds

Your package includes one revision. Our satisfaction guarantee is described in our Refund Policy.

Delivery times

Songs are usually delivered within minutes of purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we'll always communicate if something needs more time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives on this page.
